Eating Greener


My story on "Eating Green" is in the May issue of Muscle & Fitness. It focuses on how to get your daily protein quota while reducing your carbon footprint. A few highlights: skip beef for chicken and pork, switch fresh fish for frozen, and when it comes to eggs free-range, organic, and farm fresh are not as green as you may think.
